First and foremost(đầu tiên và trước hết), people should recognize(thừa nhận) that ...(quan điểm 1). A very important point to consider is that ...(lí do 1). This means that...(giải thích 1). To illustrate(minh họa) this point, I would like to mention(đề cập) that ... (ví dụ 1). Another point I would like make is that...(lí do 2). On the other hand, there are several arguments(vài sự tranh cãi) in support of the idea that...(quan điểm 2). It is also convincing(thuyết phục) to realize(nhận ra rằng) that ...(lí do). This means that... (giải thích). A specific example of this is that ...(ví dụ)
In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have created a dilemma(tình thế khó xử) when people evaluate(đánh giá) the impact(tác động) of this issue, and it is still a controversial(gây tranh cãi) issue. As far as I am concerned(Theo quan điểm của tôi), I put more highlight on the idea that... People should have further consideration on this issue.

However, others think that using public transport disadvantages In my opinion, I agree with former idea. Discussed below are several reasons supporting my perspective.
First and foremost, people should recognize that using public transport is cheap and safe. A very important point to consider is that public transport face is much cheaper. This means that it can help you save money. To illustrate this point, I would like to mention that you you don't need buy vehicle to move. Another point I would like make is that it is safer. This is because of the fact that you don’t have to ride your vehicle. For example, so there would be less traffic congestion and pollution.
On the other hand, there are several arguments in support of the idea that using public transport is slow, noisy and dirty. It is also convingcing to realize that It makes you waste a lot of time for waiting. This means that it can’t help you get to the place you want. A specific example of this is that if you want go the center, you will at the bus stop less than 20 minutes
In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have created a dilemma when people evaluate the impact of this issue, and it is still a controversial issue. As far as I am concerned, I put more highlight on the idea that using public transport advantages out weights the disadvantages. People should have further consideration on this issue.
